When you can cancel
| Booking state | Can you cancel? | Refund |
|---|---|---|
| Unpaid (draft) | Any time | No money was taken; it also expires on its own when the payment window ends |
| Paid, more than 48 hours before the event | Yes | Full refund |
| Paid, 24 to 48 hours before | Yes | 50% refund |
| Paid, less than 24 hours before | Yes, but the service is treated as due | No refund |
| In progress or completed | No | No refund |
All times are Riyadh time.
If the provider cancels
If a provider cancels a confirmed booking, you receive a full refund regardless of timing and regardless of the reason. The cancellation is recorded against the provider, and repeated cancellations put their account at risk of suspension.
A provider's own policy
A provider may declare a stricter policy for packages that need early preparation or perishable goods. Their policy is shown to you before you complete the booking and applies instead of the table above where it differs. No provider policy may reduce your right to a full refund when the provider cancels.
Service not delivered, or not as described
If the service was not delivered, or differed materially from the package description, report it within 48 hours of the event. The platform reviews the booking record and both parties' evidence and decides on a full or partial refund.
How the money reaches you
Refunds go back to the same payment method you used. How long it takes depends on your bank or card issuer, typically three to ten business days.
Deleting your account does not cancel a booking
An account cannot be deleted while a booking is live. Cancel it under this policy first, then delete the account.
